BT still operate a corporate mobile phone division, however they do seem to be winding this down

BT Mobile's business customers can get service on the O2 network by asking for a "BT O2 SP" contract. BT Mobile is certainly not winding down - see http://business.bt.com/mobile. The MVNO tariffs are generally cheaper than the "BT O2 SP" ones.

You need to ask BT Mobile about "Business Circle" which can include these features.
