e2save 12 month free offer cancelled!!??

We took out a OSPS deal for DW the same day with a free Samsung e370 refurb and they appear to be honouring that. (Interestingly, the Samsung e370 was in a was in a white box but it was immaculate and the part-no on the label ended with -NEW :think:). I suspect e2save are trying to claw back where they have shipped new retail packaged phones instead of refurbs (and possibly where they haven't yet shipped anything?).

teenage_drama, it was Orange Canary with 200 x-network minutes, 75 texts and (I think) 50 Orange off-peak minutes.

yup thats it, i think e2save will try and screw us over by making cashback as hard as possible, better make sure everything is sent exactly on time with copies made.

i got email this morning saying my d600 had been cancelled. i just rang and they offered me 11months free for brand new phone. I got £36.50 back on quidco so still £6.50 in profit!

Same story here for me. Ordered 26th Dec. arrived 3rd Jan- collected from PO today. Paperwork says 10months free only.
Where do we stand- after all this is the right phone that I ordered and that they agreed to send me-with email confirmation of same. If it was simply a mistake at the depot then all the paperwork would say 12months free. The only thing that would be wrong then would be the phone accessories etc
This is not the case

my order has been cancelled too , i ordered the nokia 6280 from phonebox direct and waited 10 days for delivery, called on 5th day and wsa told it will take 7 days, called up today and they said that it has been cancelled cos they no longer have it


grrrr!
