I just sharing my knowledge with you and answering peoples questions like other people do im the caring type you see.

You see i never really understood why people ask questions on here first without contacting the bank or who ever first to answer it.

As clearly i have more knowledge than anyone you have spoken to within Natwest.

Ive worked for Natwest 8 years nearly and I can assure you I dont take anything personal from customers and the like.

I get called a W****R at least 5 times a week lol

Is it really worth the headache?

I have never really had a problem with Natwest infact they have been really good to me it just this DD problem, if i was told on the phone i would change account to another one would of been much easier
