DD problem with Natwest

    So why is it that when I spoke to a "team leader" she adviced me that its fine and should not make any diffrence?

    It may be unfortunately that the team leader is unaware of the revised terms and conditions as is often the case in big companies when T&C's change.

    You want to be careful the bank dont close your account for breach of the T&Cs please refer to post # 10.

    When did the T&Cs change for the First Reserve account, ive had one for 4 years, and havent been allowed DD's or SO's out of my account?

    I don't care, they are welcome to close the account I will just take my money and mortgage and go else where.. simple as

    Thats fine then its no skin of my nose.

    I would recommend you read the banks T&Cs in future there the things you get inserted in your bank statment. :D
