Those 5 can stay seeing as though you have set them up before the T&Cs changed.
And that goes for standing orders aswell.
So why is it that when I spoke to a "team leader" she adviced me that its fine and should not make any diffrence?

It may be unfortunately that the team leader is unaware of the revised terms and conditions as is often the case in big companies when T&C's change.0
