I trusted him because I thought he was the mattress expert on MSE.You reported him, others reported him. MSE should have pulled the plug on him long before they did. 6 months later and the problem rumbles on and MSE is partly to blame for that. They should have acted way before they did.0

And this is where I asked MSE legal Bods to step in MONTHS ago, however NOTHING has been done.
The Facebook page for this bed company still hints that it is part of MSE:
That was screenshot just ten minutes ago.
MSE's Legal team needs to make sure that all references to this site are removed from that page. Its misleading in the extreme and frankly I'm astounded that this has been allowed to stand for such a length of time.0 -

That's what I was trying to say, but the company involved make sure that you have the product passed the 7 day deadline for DSR. To return a product under thier own T+C's you must use the product for a while, as quite correctly most mattresses feel funny for a few weeks until you get used to it.
Then they use their own T+C's, it's quite a clever marketing trick really.
As I also said most companies will NOT let you return a mattress once it's out of the bag. Whether this is right or wrong is still a very grey area.Helping the country to sleep better....ZZZzzzzzzz0 -
I asked him for progress one time per week or just told me the probably inspection time. The supplier told me that as soon as the mattress had been inspected then he would issue the refund. I shouldn't always check with him the progress and when he would inspect the mattress. Leave him alone otherwise refund will be delayed and his good will be fast running out.
Patience is virtue. :-(sound_sleep_needed wrote: »Still waiting for the reply about my refund request.0 -
I have finally got my refund on 12th Sep.
You may still need to think twice even if the terms and conditions seems to be more generous than DSR. You may be caught by the trick of that terms& conditions.0 -
Well done!
However, MSE, the wording on the Facebook page I quoted above STILL remains, continuing to fool people into thinking they are dealing with an associated company. Its been over 6 Months.0 -

Well done OP :T
pulliptears - Did you email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com ?
Seems strange that MSE have not acted especially following this article... http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/protect/2011/09/beware-cold-callers-claiming-to-be-moneysavingexpert
From the article (albeit about cold callers)...Please let MoneySavingExpert.com know all the details of any calls you get from companies claiming to be "Money Saving Expert" by emailing imposters@moneysavingexpert.com so that we can try and stop it happening in the future.“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. I did phoodless, a few times. It still remains.
I will email yet again. I feel that this association is misleading to say the least.0 -

Suppliers will often say this, but the courts would not agree!0
