  • I opened my account last week or so .

Received letter yesterday with the "Activation key" .

Logged on , Id , Password , then the 3 digit cut from the "special word" .

This was then followed by the "activation key" which took me to a page which stated "I'm sorry but the page you are looking for might have been moved " etc etc .

Pressed the "Click here" button" which kicked me out to their main website .

Logged in again , Id , Password , then the 3 digit cut from the "special word" , looked around , changed my "special word" as they don't seeem to accept the space key as a word .

Logged in again today and can't get in after , again , being asked for the "Activation Key" .

    Not impressed so far .

I had a similar experience, though activation did appear to work and I've been able to log in ever since.

Spaces are actually permitted (between Z & 0 on the drop down list), though personally I don't think they should have been allowed in the first place.

    Thanks for reply .

I must be going senile as I couldn't see it :-)

Gotta wait for a new key in the post so will look for it then .
  • Well actually I received 2 letters with 2 different keys (I only asked the once so don't know what's happening there) .
First key I tried was invalid .
Second key worked but sent me again to a non-existent web page which kicked me out .
Logged in okay on the third attempt .

    For info.
I tried a small test transfer on the 3rd which was credited same day .

Yes, it appears to accept FP in. Though for me (so far), the transaction doesn't seem to appear on the Derbyshire website until the following day. Perhaps they only update once daily?

Same sort of problems. I spoke with their call centre who were able to replicate the same problems and I asked them to call me back when their website was working properly.

Received an email this morning saying it had been fixed. It hasn't.
Fired one back repeating what their call centre had been both told and experienced.

No reply yet. Oh dear, as you say, 'Not impressed so far'.

Come on Derbyshire, wake up and fix your crap online banking website.

I've made a payment from current acc to the netsaver yesterday, but it's not showing yet in the netsaver account. I put my account number as the reference, is this correct?

    Thanks

After my initial FP test payment I sent a larger one yesterday (the max my bank will allow , £5k) .
It left my bank account immediately and hasn't arrived at Derbyshire as yet .
    I hope it does . Maybe it's a weekend thing .

Edit: Just looked again at my bank account .
The payment is dated 06.08.11 (it left my account 06.08.11) yet today the statement says it's dated 07.08.11 as if it was done today so I'm assuming I'll see it in Derbyshire tomorrow , dated today .
