ahem, sorry if I am confusing anybody with my name. hope you know who I am.

FW - I love organising paperwork when it is in a mess. Its one of the things that I dont allow to build up.

I have a great system for organising my paperwork as a few years ago we were populating a database at work and packing up paperwork for archiving. One supplier sent all their documents in translucent yellow A4 envelopes which I now put things in inside the suspension files. Unfortunately I now need to go through and archive some of the older stuff into box files and throw out things I no longer need...

    Good morning.

I have paperwork to sort but not much, although I'm very behind on All the challenges, I have only done my purse and handbag. So once I've showered I think I'll do another, it will keep me busy and keep my mind off everything.

I have scrubbed the kitchen and got a load of washing on the line. That is a far as I seem to be getting, My living room /dining room floor hasn't been hoovered for a week  nor the rug :( So I need to get myself motivated and get cleaning.

  • Just back from another hospital appointment, for me this time - blood test to see if there is any reason for me being tired all the time. Why do they say just a little scratch, it felt as if she was trying to insert a hosepipe into my arm .

So both dh and me are getting up-to-date with our MOTs - just the optician to see now. Big thanks to your blog MG, this is what [STRIKE]inspired me[/STRIKE] gave me the kick-up-the-bahookie that I needed to get our own health checks sorted rather than concentrate on the kids all the time.

Enjoy the rest of Friday folks, almost the weekend, Thriftyxxx

My thoughts exactly... Once a week is the most frequently floors get done in my house, and that's usually when I need displacement activity.

Legs have been massaged so hopefully they will now hurt less. Ironing has been collected. I'm sweating onions, garlic, peppers, courgettes, celery and carrots to use as the base for stuffed peppers and pasta sauce.

After lunch I need to go to the farm shop for eggs as I have to make a start on my nephew's birthday cake...

Gah!!!!!! my ironing basket is overflowing ........................... with papers!!!!!

Could you tell this was a Mentors challenge???? Dyslexics and paperwork - pah!!!!!!

The good news is I got home and there was a bowl left on my doorstep - a gorgeous Mason and Cash size 12 one. You know the buff coloured outside and white inside - old fashioned granny mixing bowl type? I have wanted one for ever such a long time but could never justify the fullprice - and any Charity Shop ones always had chips.

So own up!!!! Who was it made Christmas come early???

Sounds lovely MG. What are you planning on making to test it?

The farm shop had fresh sweetcorn... So as well as eggs for the cake I have those, and French beans, onions, garlic, carrots, leeks and cherry toms (I want to make a tomato tart, and although my tomato plants provide enough for me to have in salad each day, they aren't exactly prolific!)

And it was MUCH cheaper than a trip to the supermarket would have been. However, what with that and the massage, I am now shattered and need a rest... In the garden... With a book...

    ATCHOO!

Just cleaned the darkest corners of our living room - thick with dust/cobwebs. Not very happy with OH - he's supposed to have been keeping up with cleaning. I have threatened now that if he doesn't clean when we move - his treat money will go on a cleaner
