They are all saved now on my gmail account. Also saved them to my sim card for when I get my new mobile.0

Bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy S off eBay for £237. Was an unwanted upgrade so quite pleased with that.:D0

I got my new Galaxy this morning and everything's fine except I cant make calls or text! Internet is fine and it definitely is a t-mobile phone.
I tried getting message settings sent from the t-mobile website but haven't received a text from then. I have a message centre number on the settings so dont think that is the problem. I've also updated it to the latest gingerbread firmware but still no luck? Any idea's??????
Thanks.0 -

Have you ticked the Use Packet Data box?
Whoops ignore me, completely misread your post! Hm that's a toughie. You tried taking the battery out and giving the sim a wipe? This probably won't work but it's worth a go.Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I like to feel useful (and smug).0 -
You sure the phone hasn't been blocked after it's been sold ie reported stolen?0

Been in contact and he's been really apologetic, saying he was selling it for a friend and the friend is none the wiser to why its barred. Getting a full refund though!0
