Problem with schuh

Options
I have a pair shoes, and the fit great been out and about. Then suddenly the right shoe stitching is cutting in to my toe-so I can't use them. I brought it in to the store and they said the stiching is the same as all the shoes and there is nothing I can't do-in a nutshell I left. Phoned CS and they have said post it in for them to look at them-but postage will cost £5-£10 and the shoes are only £30. Whats my best option?

£5-10 postage, who told you that?

I sell court/heeled shoes on ebay all the time and costs no more than £3

Maybe just sell them on ebay, will be a lot less hassle
