    Thanks lynseydee :)

I've haven't got a budget and have never tried Liz Earle so will give it a go - can you recommend the best place to purchase from please??

    bunnykins x

    Hi Bunnykins

I haven't been using it that long so the only place I've got mine from is when I've bought kits from QVC. I know you can buy it from John Lewis or from Liz Earle Direct. I know on Liz Earle's website you can buy little sizes if you wanted to try it first but obviously you would need to consider the postage on top. I think she also has a store in London.

The other thing I like about it is that you don't need an awful lot to do your face either. When I looked into getting some I contacted LE's customer services and it was suggested to me to use about the size of my baby finger nail. I thought that was being a bit optimistic but I can honestly say that is probably all I do use so even though it may seem a little pricey it would actually last quite a long time.

Does anybody know which day the Boots offers change? I know it's on a Wednesday that the new ones start, and it works around the times of the voucher. Wanted to buy (just to be prepared you understand) a myface foundation as I've been so impressed with the colour match of their concealer, and at the moment direct they're offering 20% off and free delivery. If the Boots offers are changing this week I'll wait to see if they're doing a gwp of some sort. TIA!

Finished off a body polish at the weekend although only had enough to do one half so had to start the new body scrub which typically is the one I really like but Avon have discontinued

Hope its what Im hoping it is for you too Charlie (though if it is,its not really a birthday present so i think you should tell him that you accept it without predudice and you will accept a later birthday specific present ;) )

Thats if what I think you mean is what I think it is.... (does that even make sense??!!!)

:rotfl::rotfl: I think I also think what you think she thinks it is .... ;) :rotfl: :rotfl: Will keep fingers crossed Charlie if thats what you are hoping for :p

trudij - I need some Horsey advice - sort of :p - would you mind if I PM'd you and picked your brains? Do you know anything about the BHS? Cheers hun
:) I like changing my hair colour. I can't control alot of the things in my environment but one thing I can control is my style! :D

I love the colour - it really suits you :T I'm another who uses my hair as a way of expression. It's the only thing I have complete control over :D

So .... I'm back from my jaunt up north - and a lovely time I had too :D It was great to spend some time with my mum and help her start her xmas shopping :rotfl: I also showed her how to find her 'lost' Tesco Clubcard vouchers - and she had over a tenner which we exchanged for £20 of pet food vouchers - she was extremely pleased with that :p

I have one IN: a gift from my lovely mummy :D

M&S Cocoa Butter & Vanilla Talc: Smells lovely :p and I shall be chucking out the 2/3 empty bottle of £land talc that's sat on my bathroom windowsill. The label has gone funny and every time I pick it up I have to spend ten minutes peeling tiny flakes of plastic off my fingers

I came home to a lovely clean and tidy house :T OH had vax'd and vanished the carpets over the weekend and they look lovely - well .... 1000 times better than they did :rotfl:

I do have a cold sore :( Any advice or recommendations?

Hugs to all and welcome to our newest members :A

Rather late in the day/month to say but I'm still taking part this month.

    To prove it ....

    10 August
UU Max Factor Second Skin Foundation (75 golden) sample sachet – WIB? Not this shade, too dark for me.

    12 August
UU Clinique “dramatically different” moisturizing lotion – 30 ml sample tube. WIB? Yes, easily absorbed.

    17 August
UU Plant Spa moisturising bath & shower wash – African Shea Butter – 150 ml. WIBA? Yes – if on offer and after I’ve used up my minimum two-year stash of shower gel.

    21 August
IN Neutrogena body lotion – 300 ml (found in Poundland)

    22 August
UU (Aldi) Lacura balancing day cream 50 ml – WIBA – No, felt a little too astringent for my skin (it is meant for combination skin, which mine isn’t!)

    Since 1 April
    UUs 15 (
INs 16 (only one in August, so far)

Course not Sarah - I'll have a go :) (not least cos what I said about charlie made sense to you too !!! :D )

didnt do my hair in the end, so no UUs still yet. (though my ted baker body souffle is spluttering (well, as much as a pot can !!)

    Evening :-)

    Used up two items :-
Sanctuary body wash WNBA nothing to write home about though nice smell.
BS Cranberry body butter, nice and part of a gift set prefer the mango one.

Oh and some bathroom cleaner but I guess that doesn't count lol

Operation phase one of stash list complete, downstairs done. Only the stash upstairs to go. Who needs over 13 shower gels, all full size? I ask you ! Dont think I can cope with counting the trail or travel sizes.

    Onwards x

Two UU today a Sanctuary bath foam, WNBA
BS body butter Almond one, WNBA smelt too strong.

Getting into the swing of this now. Looking for things to use up.

Loved the hair colour Lady M, had it that shade myself. Once upon a time, that with blue blue front piece.

Trudi .. glad I'm not the only one with an excessive stash of things lol

    Onwards x

WTG Clarabow...that stash will soon be disappearing ;)

UU - very small (35ml?) Nivea Q10 Firming Lotion WNBA - I didnt like the texture, it was very sticky.

I've got an exfoliator on the splutter M&S Pomegranate, its rubbish, smells of vomit, and is not scrubby enough. Any recommendations for when I do finish it?
  • I've used up a few more bits -

Herbal essences it's a curl thing conditioner - WNBA as is lavender fragranced and I don't like lavender - oops! Replaced with Schwarzkopf straight and glossy conditioner.
Clarins gentle foaming cleanser mini - If I was rich I would buy this as it is lovely and just a little bit scrubby - lovely :) Replaced with Aveda green science perfecting cleanser mini.
Another hotel mini lime shower gel - only one to go now!
OS Mint and tea tree shower gel mini - I like OS shower gel so would probably buy this again, but I'd probably choose another scent over this one. I kept the bottle and I will refil it from my BS shea shower gel - very MSE :money:
Aveda foot relief mini - Lovely cream that has made my feet all soft and yummy! WIBA? Well, I'm just getting into moisturising my feet (who would have thought that moisturising them is good for preventing dry skin lol!) and I think I would prefer a cream where I'm happy to rub any excess product into my hands, and I don't like having my hands smell of minty foot cream. So, when my body shop butter arrives I will be using this for my feets :)

Boots Free (that's the name of the fragrance, it wasn't free!) body spray. Might buy again if it was on special offer. I don't usually wear body sprays, but they are an essential part of my festival camping toiletries bag - they hide a multitude of sins! Replaced with Tesco Pink body spray, a bargain at 46p and smells fine.

And a couple of (needed) ins -

2 x pantene perfect curls conditioner (was on special offer and I go through shedloads of conditioner)
Dove colour radiance conditioner (need a smallish bottle to go in my festival washbag and a normal travel size isn't enough conditioner for my locks!)
Tesco pink body spray - as above.

13 UU , 11 IN for August so far.

Another couple of UU from me:

Lush Bathos bubble bar - WIBA? Not really, think it's discontinued anyway!

Lush Softy ballistic - WIBA? Nope, trying to be good and not buy any more Lush stuff unless it's for a treat. Plus I don't like the scent anyway.

Got a few splutters going on, which should be almost gone by the end of the week.

Oh and a couple of in's....

    - a new bourjois foundation, which I seem to be going through pretty quickly already
    - a new bourjois lipgloss because I just liked the colour (hides in shame)
    - L'Oreal exfotonic which is my HG scrub for my upper arms as I have KP and this has acids in it that help to get rid of the bumps.

Going to try and list some things on ebay this weekend that I want to get rid of. Don't know how successful I'm going to be but there are a few good things in there like Laura Mercier Tinted moisturiser and Bobbi Brown things that I'm not going to wear.
