used up a dry shampoo (well it was empty and sitting in the bathroom for ages so out it went)

This happened to me with three cans of Batiste yesterday! Went into Emma's room to forage for the newest can and found that empty along with two others that she had not thrown away! Grrrrr! Managed to get a couple of sprays out of one can to get me through the day.

just been to the docs, good news the pressure on my eardrum is probably water from swimming:)
bad news the red spot on my face is a broken capillery and there for ever:(the rash on my fingers is some sort of dermatitis and I should wear rubber gloves to do the housework from now on......mmmmmm maybe I could get DH to hire a cleaner:rotfl:(she also said to use simple products!!!What about my stash????)

Rosemary, I used to suffer with dermatitis and L'Occitane lavender handcream cured it for me (not making any medical claims obviously lol!). My GP prescribed doublebase cream which was awful greasy stuff that did nothing for my hands.

another uu-honey i washed the kids soap-really like this so wba. did any1 else get the superdrug email spend 30 quid get 10 worth of points soooo tempted.

Yes, I've just seen the email. I really don't have £30.00 spare to spend on toiletries (it makes me weep to type that!) and don't have anything that I NEED from there apart from Batiste dry shampoo. I am getting low on my Elemis PCMC and having a nosey at the QVC site at the mo as there is a TSV today so may be a well priced tub of the cream on today. Saw a really lovely kit in Debenhams yesterday that had a 15ml tub of PCMC in it along with some L'Occitane and Dead Sea Mineral products but it's false economy isn't it? I'd only be adding to the stash.

Hello, loads of exciting news from you :D. I have some (free) INs: Models Own nail polish in Lilac Dream - it's absolutely gorgeus, only need one coat for a bright, full colour. Very similar to Nails Inc but costs only £5. I found that it streaks a little bit, but Nails Inc does it to me too.

I bought Emma a bottle of Models Own lacquer recently in a pastel green colour. I did notice at our Boots store though that you can also buy Models Own Pro lacquers which are twice the price. I thought this was a bit like admitting that the £5.00 ones are carp! Emma found that hers streaked on application and takes longer t dry hence the first time she tried it it streaked and smeared badly.

I'm really impressed with my new OPI French Quarter for Your Thoughts for its longevity. Usually a lacquer only lasts me 2-3 days tops but this has been on for 4 days now and I have a bit of tip wear and that's it. Only thing I've done differently is apply OPI top coat rather than my usual Nails Inc one.

Last weekend when I was in London I bought a bottle of toner from LE which will go with their cleanser that is due to come in the post as a freebie after buying a magazine subscription. While at the LE shop I got a free sample size of their foot scrub. I have nearly run out of cleanser and toner so these purchases were necessary.

One UU to report: Sainsbury's basic floss, for 50 pence I wanted to give this one a try, the string was a bit thick so I will stick with the more expensive floss, I think I am using OralB at the moment.

    Have a nice weekend

Since I last posted I have 1 UU and 1 IN to report.

Bought a can of Batiste shampoo as we were out of it completely.

Came in from shopping, sat down and started watching QVC. This inspired me to go have a pamper. So have showered - the UU is a small bottle of L'Occitane Verbena body lotion - this was the last one out of my stash WBA if it was part of a kit - wouldn't buy it especially on its own.

Have given myself a facial using Elemis Melting Cleansing Gel, Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub, Elemis Pro Quartz mask, Botanics Rose water and a facial oil (can't remember the brand name).

Have also given myself a manicure because my nails needed filing down to similar lengths. Am now wearing OPI Plugged in Plum which is gorgeous colour that I would not have chosen had it not been in a kit.

    Afternoon all!

Ive not been on for the whole of the August thread so Ive got a bit of catching up to do :o

Been so busy with work and stuff I havent had the time lately for anything, thankfully that does also mean Ive not had the time for buying any more toiltries I suppose :p only things Ive bought in the last two months have been some Aussie Shampoo because I saw it on offer and a bottle of shower gel so I guess Im doing well :)

Tis my 21st on Friday so Im working a half day and going to come home have a bit of a pamper session before OH and me go out for dinner in the evening - think I might finally use up my £1shop body butter :T
On that note Im also very curious to find out what OH has bought me, he said this year hes only got me one, very small but expensive present, Im sure its not at all what Im hoping it is though lol....

Finally ordered my gown and photos too for my graduation in 3 weeks so I really need to get myself sorted before then - a good hair cut and re-dye is in order I think....finally get my hair dye stash down a bit :p

Hope everyone else is well, Im off to have a catch up with the thread whilst the rugby is on...

Hope its what Im hoping it is for you too Charlie (though if it is,its not really a birthday present so i think you should tell him that you accept it without predudice and you will accept a later birthday specific present ;) )

Thats if what I think you mean is what I think it is.... (does that even make sense??!!!)

well done people, welcome newbies ! (no UU for me since the lush soap (yay!) so cant really post much !!)

bought some cotton pads from Lidl today, 120 for 59p which was a bargain. Only hope they're ok but it's not much money if they aren't. I'm down to only one or two in my other bag so i'm not worried about their purchase and they're not on my stash list so don't count.

I'm thinking i may have a pamper evening, my hair needs colouring so that would be another UU as i've 3 boxes in stock. I've really been slacking on the moisturising front, and i'm sure i could finish a pot if i used it consistently. My feet are a state as well so i could have a home pedicure which would be nice, guess i've got my evening planned then :)

some OUTs:j I put together a few makeup/toiletries bits for my friend that I will never use, but I know she will so:

Lush cocktail solid-she mentioned she wanted to try a lush solid and I have enough perfumes+the smell gives me a headache

sanctuary BB, BS glitter eyeliner and some samples. My stash is a bit smaller +brownie points:D

I've noticed I have a lot of mini sizes and samples again so will concentrate on UU those first
    Toiletry spend £34.95 In: 10 out:13
