another UU for me - pound shop face wipes - WNBA as not that nice, gonna move onto the No7 ones next, then when they're finished i'll get the tesco's ones.
Feeling like i'm getting somewhere with this UU lark - set myself the target in May to get my 200 products down to 150 by next may and i'm now down to 160 as of today. Really need to clear a load as we're hopefully on the move and i don't want to have to lug loads of toiletries. Although if things work out for us and we get the house we want i'll be needing a stock so i can spend my hard earned pennies on kitchen cupboards rather than toiletries. things will be slowing down on the UU front though as my shampoos and conditioners and shower gels seem to last forever and as i've chopped my hair off again they'll last even longer.
  • another uu-honey i washed the kids soap-really like this so wba. did any1 else get the superdrug email spend 30 quid get 10 worth of points soooo tempted.
£365 a year spend challenge - this has included food/clothes/beauty?? who knows where I am

I got that email and I'm not tempted as our SD shut.
I love that storage unit too Sawan got too , very educational too, as the order of the coloured drawers was the same as the spectrum (or a rainbow). Sawan, what a lovely gift to get - Chanel! My mother loved No 5.

Another UU The BS Spiced Vanilla Body Butter. WIBA? Well not at £12 a tub I know M & S do a vanilla one. Next to use up now:- M & S Ingredients Pomegranate

Hello, loads of exciting news from you :D. I have some (free) INs: Models Own nail polish in Lilac Dream - it's absolutely gorgeus, only need one coat for a bright, full colour. Very similar to Nails Inc but costs only £5. I found that it streaks a little bit, but Nails Inc does it to me too. Also got a Models Own Big Brush mascara, will keep this for later (both from the suitcase scramble game). And also got an Invisible Zinc tinted moisturizer SPF30, this one I will keep till next spring as it only keeps for 6 months after opening (strange) - this one is also from a facebook competition. It has mixed reviews so if it doesn't work as a tinted moisturizer I'll use it as a suntan cream.

My total number of INs is approaching the OUTs, I need to get using up. Fortunately, got 2 splutterers.
  • Two INs for me this morning:

Original Source Golden Pineapple Shower Gel - bought because I'm away this weekend and realised I didn't have any shower gel when I was halfway to work so had to stop off at Boots!

Charles Worthington Front Row Stay Cool Heat Defence Spritz 200ml
    - sort of a needed IN because my other one was spluttering this morning and I didn't know if it would last the week. This is my Holy Grail hair spray but the one disadvantage is that it doesn't seem to have lasted very long.

    Morning Ladies,

i have a couple of uu to declare.

No7 perfectly balanced toner, wba, I already have three of these in the stash, suits my skin and good value particularly when using the vouchers. Am moving onto a part used bottle of SD cammomile toner.

Mini Clinique mascara, the one from the glamour mag, this lasted ages but there was hardly anything on my lashes when using this week, this mini size is just right for mascara for me. Have now opened my No7 exquisite curl, I actually like the odd shaped brush.

    Have a good day all.

finally have a use up - molton brown wild indigo body lotion wiba? probably not, it was ok but i found the scent alittle over powering and to be honest there are better and cheaper lotions out there, but i wouldnt be upset if i got it in another gift set

Snap! My least favourite Molton Brown product.

I sooo need this thread. I dont know if I can even face making my stash list lol

But am signing up to not buying any toiletries in August, may even be strong enough to go through the hoard. Writing it down may give me a push to de clutter and use them up.

    Onwards xx

 Hi Clarabow...good to see you here honey xx

A couple of UUs to declare:

75ml Aveda Sensitive Moisteriser - WIBA - probably not, its not as rich as the regular one that I like.

300ml Molton Brown Wild Indigo Body Lotion - see above :D

I think I will probably finish my mascara today...either way its going in the bin, its really annoying me now. Will search through my stash for a new one. I think there is a Molton Brown one there.

Two IN's I didn't have from Aldi: a Lacura under-eye caffeine roll on and Purederm deep cleaning nose strips. The nose strips look as if they work. When these first came on the market and were very expensive they worked really well, but the cheaper versions in recent years have been nowhere near as good.
I went to the Aldi my daughter works in and she served me, as I walked round the store I could hear her chatting so nicely to customers - she hadn't seen me at this point.

If I hadn't known her, I would have thought 'Oh I hope she serves me, she sounds so nice."

I was VERY proud. It may not be the job she envisaged doing when at school, but she does it so well.

Also need tips on getting hair dye off of skin! Might see if I can get some hair colour remover wipes from Superdrug.

A good deep pore cleansing mask should get the hair dye off :p but I always slather my hairline/forehead/neck and ears in a thick coating of Petroleum Jelly before I dye my hair - the dye doesn't stick to it and it just washes straight off ;) You can get a HUGE tub for £1 in £land etc :D

    A couple of IN's:
Tesco Dry Shampoo - haven't used it yet but will let you know how it goes :p
Blistex Raspberry Lemonade Lipbalm - Facebook Freebie :D

No UU's - but my perfume/body spray/showergel won't last another week so that's all good for next week :T

I'm off to visit my Mum this weekend :j Up your neck of the woods(ish) And - I'm getting the coach to Darlington late this afternoon. OH is stopping here with the dogs (again - bless him!) and DD is bringing her new BF to meet him  (yes it was only minutes ago we met the old new BF :rotfl:) She wants them to stay over  so OH has told her that the BF will be sleeping on the sofa and the dogs will be guarding her bedroom door :rotfl: :rotfl:

Have a great weekend all :A
  • Hi ladies :) Thank you for the advice re the Lush massage bars... Hopefully OH will be up for giving my achy shoulders a massage! I shall continue using it in the shower as well - I've been rubbing it on my legs and arms before I use shower gel and my skin then feels moisturised and clean - happy days.

A couple of UU - Aveda Be Curly creme mini - WIBA? Yes if I was rich but at something like £14 for a bottle that lasts about two weeks i won't be buying any in the near future!
2x Lime mini shower gels - got these from a hotel visit - nice enough but nothing special. Two more to go!
Large and mini bottles of listerine stay white - WIBA - have opened one from my stash and I would deffo buy again when I've finished what I have in the stash.
Boots sensitive toothpaste - OH commented he liked it, I wasn't so keen as it wasn't strong enough for me. Might buy again if on offer.

I have splutterers in the shape of my aveda hand cream and foot cream, clarins face wash and boots vitamin e lotion.

I may also have some in's from the body shop sale - is there room on the naughty step?

Coconut shimmer body lotion (my gym one is less than 1/4 full now)
Shea body butter (to replace the hand and foot creams when they run out soon)
Vitamin C facial cleansing polish (for the gym after I've used up the 3 mini face washes)
Tea tree foaming facial cleanser (my no7 one is about a third full)
And not really needed but I do like a nice shower gel (damn you body shop offer - I am weak!) -
Polynesia Kaffir Lime & Coconut Shower Gel
    Satsuma Body Polish
    Japanese Cherry Blossom Shower Gel

Not toooooo bad - 4 items are needed and 3 are a bit frivilous!

So far this month that's 9 UU and 7 IN.
