Not sure fancy it is the right phrase, but yes I'll join you. Its wet and gloomy here and I seem stuck to my chair, time to put the roast in and do some ironing...

Have cleared the newspaper and cardboard from the hall (but am saving it in case it is wet tomorrow) and hoovered the kitchen, hall, stairs and landing. Now I'm shattered and cross because I can't mop
I really hope I get some cleaning help tomorrow... And I need to call a few people to chase them.

Lots of pottering done here, and nagged the boys till they did their room and the playroom. I hope things will be easier once they have their own rooms - DS2 (7) plays and doesn't bother whilst DS1 (8) does all the work.
Need to hoover, but might just have a sneaky half hour ironing whilst everyone else is out. I know how to live don't I?'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0
