  • Evening all,

    In again.

Have spent today buying reduced stuff in M&S to eat and drink, getting medication for the fishies as one isn't well (hoping I won't have to put it out of its misery, but I will if necessary :() replanting two of the baskets out the front, Bordeaux Mixturing the plants out the back that needed it, deadheading and generally doing as little as possible otherwise. Just going to have a cuppa then I'm off to bed :)

But, turning to Monday morning, Ladies....As the living room is almost clean (push around the vacuum cleaner and put a couple of things away at most) and the stairs are always clear (can't be doing with stuff on them, far too much like my mother's house) -

Would it be an acceptable use of my time to get a manicure, having never had one before?

    :D
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Hi guys, thanks for the lists, yes I know what time it is but killer toothache and way too warm! Got myself a little sun scorched today but enjoyed it. Now the tooth pain is not going and DP is snoring like a trooper so been awake since 1am. Virtual OD on pain relief isn't solving it grrr.

Hex its such a scary thing you're doing but I am sure much worthwhile for you all as I think you've felt like the renovations gone on forever. I just hope you don't argue as much as me and my DP did when he changed his work hours :o I'm sure the children will benefit from having him home too.

I'm in tomorrow but after Tuesday we're in the land of severely reduced phone signal for 10 days ish so I'm unsure when I'll be around to post but for those days the caravan needs a serious clean out. Ok we haven't used it much this year but it's not had a good clean since last year so while the boys play I'll be doing that and my car. I know it's a holiday but they're the only chances I get to do it. So I'll be making a big caravan/car list but for tomorrow here goes

Frogs - phone dentist for urgent appointment, pay DPs credit card *grr* and get him to set DD up, pay BT bill, 50 item fling, fill in and send insurance forms, find voucher for washing machine

Pack clothes and non chilled food
Start filling the car - dog cage was best buy as I can pack round it! Must remember the new baby SC and the kettle plus everything we forgot last time
    Clean animals out
Clean kitchen & make sure everything is washed
Empty all the bins inc upstairs
    Collect animal food
    Poo patrol and garden done
Buy pain relief and anything else that's 'expensive' where we are going or tricky to get (main shop is a co op but have some farm shops to locate) there is a Tesco in Catterick and a Lidl so that's not too bad a drive out mid stay
    General tidy of living/dining room
Find a large note book for the master plan of organising and giant frog list

I need to take a leaf with the eBay lark too, or car boot I've got boxes of gibble in the garage to sort so I'll add that to the giant frog list

Think that will do. I've done the finance frogs for this month, got carried away and searched through when things are paid off. This month next year I will have £533 in repayments less to pay, let's just hope the increases in prices etc doesn't eat away at that and nothing needs replacing!!
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

    Morning All

I need to do some clearing in my bedroom today but the LR shouldn't take long as it was done at the weekend. DH is off this week but will be working at my Grandma's today and tomorrow but hopefully we may get to do some family stuff later in the week. Kids are at the playscheme this morning 10-12 so I'll try to do some then but I need to go to Kidsgrove at some point to take a scooter back but not when the kids are with me.

lil-me - hope you get your toothache sorted soon.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

    Morning all
I am back in this week. I started well on Monday last week then had a CBA week after that, so really MUST get flying this week.
I am going through a really rough patch with DH at the moment and I don't want to be here, but I have no money and nowhere to go. So I have made him sleep in the spare room since 2 weeks ago.

Anyway now I am going to get dressed then do yesterdays washing up that appears to have exploded all over the kitchen.
AND I will try to post more often than I have been doing.

Thanks for running flylady pigpen and toots.

I am going to keep to the lists this week.

My first job is on my frog list: to sort out the CM in my bedroom. (Clothes mountain)
It is all clean clothes washed over the last week and dumped in my room. All the boys are out today so I can stick some music on loud and get sorting.
