  • Could there actually be a prospect of not having severe plantar fasciitis pain for the first time in 5 years????? :J
I have just googled this, as I had never heard of it :o And i think I had this for a year or 2, and didn't know it had a name! I bought some 'fit flops' (the Avon ones), and also some similar trainers, and it has gone now :) It was really painful though, so i feel for you.

Just a quick post to let you know my first lot of results are back and there is no sign of any cancer. Treatment is ongoing, and I'll be back in for another biopsy in November, but that's a huge relief :)
    :j:jbrilliant news :j:j

We had a good day at the zoo - not too burnt :p

We took the dog for a walk/swim when Little Miss Sunshine went home, while dinner was bubbling :)
DW on, washing up (nearly) done. I have arranged to catch up with my friend on Wednesday, so DD2 wants to go shopping tomorrow for clothes. We will need to go through her drawers first!!

I will catch up with the lists tomorrow - I promise!! :D

Hugs & spoons to those that need them. Nighty night all :)

Don't bother.. it is the rubber and glue that stink and it won't wash away.. leave them out to air or stuff them in the school bag and leave them at school so you never have to smell them.

I don't ever buy them they are really bad for their feet

    Seafarers - enjoy your scan

Didn't get very far yesterday so need to do some more today. I collected my clothes delivery from Mr Ts last night and I'm sending quite a few things back so that'll be another trip to Mr Ts at some point. SW tonight but apart from that nothing planned I don't think.

    Have a good day all

Back to work today (light duties... So no clients ;)). Bathroom work starts again just after 8.

    This week's list

Sort out BT login details and get laptop/iPad set uo to send mail
Pay window cleaner (hasn't cashed the last cheque and claims he hasn't been paid... Need to tell him to cash it or return it...CBA to stop it)
Deal with at least one set of editing comments each day
Review first draft of survey comments (OH should have written these by now but hasn't ... He needs to get them done before he takes the kids on holiday tomorrow!)
    Find flights for Orlando
    Find flights for Barcelona
    Book massage
    Cancel gym membership
Talk to personal trainer about how to not get too unfit during treatment...
    Plan next bit of garden

OH was here most of yesterday which was nice. I have cousins coming over for tea today. And we are making inroads into the food mountain in the freezer (very small inroads... Due to the weather and lack of exercise we're mostly eating fruit, veg and salad).

Need to think about getting up next...
