I dont understand what you mean about just having the post header line on the todays posts section? I've never used the 300 posts link, never knew it was there as I always use todays posts on any forum. Surely that gives you enough to look through?

tiff ... problem with just the heading is that you don't necessarily know what the thread is actually about .. so you have to click into it then go to the latest posting etc ...

up till a couple of months ago there was a more detailed option .. 300 latest posts .. about 10 on a page .. showing the header .. and most of that recent thread .

much much easier .. scrolling through and quickly being able to see the header .. and instantly read the post as well.

Rubbish! I suggest that you take time to learn how to use the forum, rather than whingeing about the improvements that are being made to make the site more usable for the vast majority of users.
