  • I put in a claim with Lloydstsb in March, then heard nothing so I called and was twice told that it was on hold due to the judicial review.

When lloydstsb said they were withdrawing from the judicial review I called again to then be told there was no record of my complaint. They took the details and I emailed the FSA questionnaire to them.

I then got the letter a few weeks later saying the time limit was extended. I have since been trying to challenge the date they have registered my claim from as I still feel it should be March not May. I emailed the chief exec providing details of date, times and names of the agents I spoke too but as I called from work and the number is withheld they wouldn't be able to look into it as I can't provide the number.

Is it worth going to the FSA about this or will it affect the PPI complaint?
