Letter dated 27th July..2011
Concerns now growing....
I know you didn't want a discussion but.... I searched for a Lloyds CCard thread and found this...
Just that I contacted Lloyds about mis-selling PPI on my card, and they put me through to their " CLAIMS DEPT ".
So to start a claim I didn't have to write or ask for anything to be sent to me. Just phoned them and they said they are dealing with it. 16 week wait.
Is this just a drawn out process of them telling me that I m not actually eligible for mis-selling reclaim? Until I start writing letters and threatening?
I took this to be part of them admitting liability to mis-selling PPI a while ago.
Basically when I opened the card... ( which I didn't want .. Just a small loan for a freezer cause ours broke and we just had my daughter and needed one quick.. but the manager talked me into it.. So I was MIS SOLD THE DAMN CARD IMO!!) the PPI was just there I didn't ask for it and was never told about it.0 -
Hi there, no ulterior motive for Lloyds doing this, this makes the process faster,as you dont have to post a claim form and wait for them to recieve it and then you wait for a response from them.
your claim will be dealt with and maybe sooner rather than later.0 -
