I have had a few with these now, so cannot recall on dates, but about 6 last year all upheld on Loan PPI, and 3 credit card PPI, mine and hubby's.
The last success was from a reclaim made in about November 2010, it was about June 2011, they paid out on a further 2 loan PPI.
There is another 2 ongoing now, received a letter the other day to confirm they have received the complaints and they will be in touch by or before 16 weeks. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Started a claim 18 months ago for 2 loans 1 credit card.
Upheld 2 loans after 2 weeks, rejected credit card. Sent to FOS in February 2010, upheld by ajudicator December 2010, Lloyds ignored letters, 4 weeks ago letter from FOS saying Lloyds as a matter of good will will pay back acording to their guidelines.
Telephone call today from FOS to say it will take between 8 to 10 weeks for the calculatoins to be done and then another 4 weeks for payment.:eek:0 -
