Finally got no 7 in th bag today after quite a dry spell!:D

Spent the morning cooking and freezing my access runner beans. My allotment kept:) me away from the shops this afternoon.

Fingers crossed for another one tomorrow as can't think of anything I need to buy.

  • Happily, today is NSD 8 :j So target reached :) I don't think I'm going to increase my target as I'm out tomorrow and Thursday and I'm not entirely confident I won't need some shopping before I go on my hols on Friday :D

I've had a couple of lovely days since DH came home, although we went out on our bikes (me for the first time since I was 16 - got the bikes a year ago :o) both days and my bottom is a bit (very!) sore now :p

    Happy belated birthday Lily_The_Legend

Ohhh yes, that is an annoying one.

Oddly enough, I use a computer mouse with my right hand (perhaps that's because they are always on the right and I never thought to move it) but use the mouse on the keyboard of my laptop with my left.

That's definitely odd. Kerri. I am totally right-handed, I can't do anything with my left at all.

However I had some real problems with my wrist a few years ago (too much time spent on the computer:o) and managed to teach myself to use the mouse with my left hand.

It took a while, mind, but now I mainly use my left hand, it is weird though as it's right-handed mouse so my fingers are the wrong way around:D

    Good morning folks!

Well, it's sunny here ATM - just in time for going back to work! :(
Thought I was a shoo-in for a NSD yesterday, until I decided togo online and buy tkts for my Mum and me for John Barrowman.
Yes, yes I know he's not everyone's cup of tea, but we saw him last year and he was brilliant and we had a great time! Anyway, it's worth every penny to see my 80yr old Mum dancing away like a love struck teenager!

Spent a good couple of hours in the garden yesterday and it's looking a lot better. I can feel my muscles complaining today though!
Back on track for NSD today though!

    Have a great day everyone!:)

you will always be rich enough to be generous.
  • NSD 5 for me yesterday - fingers crossed for a good week!
