In Kidderminster store they didn't have much left. I manged to buy a windbreaker and a double sleeping bag. The only other stock they had were the two type of tents and the mosquito coils. I reserved a coolbox, a footpump and a cooking set to collect in store but they didn't have any.

Still a bargain though, thanks OP!

Dont know why I bother to reserve anything with B&Q all items I wanted out of stock after ordering online,same thing happened last year despite phoning store in advance to check in stock.
B&Q get your act together.

went to the peterborough one as couldnt be bothered to go tomorrow only got 1 thing out my order all the £1 items are gone. loads of sun shelters and a few sleeping bags but that about it

lol, just got a mega bargain! Out of about 12 things reserved the only thing available was the £1 gas cainsters, as i managed to get other bits elsewhere I went to collect the gas anyway and was suprised to find that instead of the 5 individual cans for £1 each I had 5 packs of 4 cans for a £1 a pack

Had to take the gas stove back yesterday as it didn't work and online it said they were out of stock - gutted!! However had a quick nose on the shelves at B&Q Eastleigh and low and behold there was 6 gas stoves on the shelf marked up at £13.00 but scanned thru till at £5.00 - none of the camping gear was marked down! Won't rely on click/reserve again!!! Thanks to the op for the heads up tho

Have emailed a complaint to b and q about their reserve and collect system, even the staff admitted its completely useless. Reserved a selection of items (14 in all) and not one of them was in stock, and this was at one of their massive warehouse stores, thumbs down to them!

Having to put in a complaint too. I reserved on behalf of someone. One store phoned to say nothing in, so that was fine. But this store didn't phone, so before he went in he phoned to double check everything was in and after a lengthy call was told just one item wasn't which was coming back in in August and if he wanted he could reserve.

Anyway, he travelled in and nothing was there! Then he was told someone had called him (they hadn't) and after he had called the store to double double check as well. After showing his mobile phone log it was clear no one had called at all. Ridiculous and shocking customer service.

EK called to say they didn't have anything in stock (except for the cooker) so that saved a trip there anyway, cheers.
