Hi
I took out BT Vision back in April as it was cheaper than sky, but whilst on the phone i specifically asked if i could receive espn as i am an avid follower of the ufc, they told me not at the moment but it would be available soon. So i agreed to take it out and kept checking online to see when we could receive such channel, no in November i still cant get the extra channels so i phoned up bt to cancel this service as i feel i was misold the product and have been told by to managers that yes i was misold it, but ow there is a cool off period and i am now way past it "which i wasnt aware of" so they wouldn't even investigate the misselling claim and i would have to pay over £200 to cancel.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I was told I could have BT vision when I signed up for another year which I did, then to find out my 2mb speed is not fast enough for BT vision. Now getting 10mb with Virgin and the TV on demand is really good.0
