I always wait until ive swapped them and have the cash in my hand, my total will then be actual cash in my hand that I can use on anything (not in certain places if that makes sense)
although I do count ebay amounts that are in my paypal account but wait until there is over £50 so I can withdraw it without charge (otherwise would have to take off the 25p that they charge you to withdraw)
have attempted the piggy bank, now just waiting for it to dry! have made it like one of those terramundis (that way I cant get the money out) and intend to open it somewhere between the 1st and 6th of july, just before the challenge ends
off now to do some ebaying!! see you all soon! ttfn!finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!0 -
I'm off, I have listed one book on amazon and I am scouring my possessions to see what else is available to sell up. I have sent off an email about a new part time job which should earn me a little extra and my landlady brought round my post today including the application pack for a part time job I applied for on entering this challenge. Might not get paid from it for around 3 months, but it should bring me closer to the total! Also, having worked in town centre pubs for several years, I am aware of their recycling issues, I have thought about offering to provide bin bags if they save their aluminium cans for me, the only problem being transport as I do nopt have a car, hmmm. Any suggestions welcome, feel free to use this as all the places I worked it is incredibly easy to seperate stuff for recycling but there it is more expensive to have the recycld waste removed so they dont. Also any suggestions as to how I can make money from card?Debt £5600 all 0%0

I have had a quick look at amazon but dont quite understand how it all works. usually sell my books on ebay but am thinking amazon may be better. how does it work?finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!0

Selling books on Amazon is easier than eBay IMO. Find a book you want to sell, then search on Amazon for that book. There should be a button saying 'Sell Yours Here'. Click on that, then just follow the instructions. You don't get charged if your book doesn't sell.
However, only books that are new or nearly new seem to sell, and you do have to go pretty low to compete with the people who put them up at a penny!

Hi Guys
Just R&R'd a DVD from Tesco and have listed it on Amazon so all profit will go towards the challenge. Am about to list some books I was given friday and today. Have signed up to 3 more mystery shopping companies and hopefully will get some soon to count to this challenge. Did 2 on friday but I was already signed to them so they won't count.
Hay ho!!!
