A few people have started matched betting and hidden it from their partners which can obviously cause a lot of problems. However generally when partners realise that it's not gambling, and when they see the amount of money that can be made, they are happy for their debit cards to be used too :)

Definitely not worth trying to keep it a secret as some people have though, especially as some bookies send offers through the post (aka junk mail). The trouble is that it's difficult to explain to your partner why matched betting isn't gambling until you've actually started doing it!

this is the problem cos he doesnt go on here an just listens to me talking to anyone and everyone about it all the time he just thinks its gambling wont go behind his back just taking a while...long while to talk him round....wow just look at your profits...he had a moan when i went on free £5 bingo site etc...thing is i have the type of personality that would only wager free money if i did gamble and can easily walk away...dont find it addictive but he is still scared due to this site pulling are selves out of debt and think he is more scared of going down that black hole again!!

thanks dan will read out your reply to him might just help

    thanks
