    I only send 500 a month so that's fine. What's the migration policy on my plan?
    I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

    When you mention migration policy, are you referring to changing to a different price plan or migration of a mobile number?

    Sorry - what I meant was can you clarify if I can downgrade during my minimum term? Not that I'm planning to, as I'm happy with my plan right now.

    Hi simax,

    As this is an iPhone plan, it cannot be downgraded throughout the contract term. We do however, have the option of an early upgrade online when you are within the last 180 days of your contract. This would mean you can renegotiate to a more suitable monthly tariff.
