aww SS REALLY sorry to see you've been feeling so low
Not like you at all and hope you feel your old self (!!) again soon. Good to see the avatar comments so at least we know you're in there somewher!
As others have said you really cannot control other people, just lead by example as you do so often. You have done incredibly well so far & this is a wee DFW exhaustion blip I suspect.
Possibly the fact that you have been here 2 years and still have about two to go has also hit home and you are quite understandably fed up of the skrimping & saving? It's no wonder but look how far you have come in such a short time! Good for you having a break; I'm sure it will do you good & help for the next phase of your journey! Go gather your strength o guruish one! You have been a true inspiration, support, general cheerer-upper & wise councel for so many on here so just let us know if we can do anything to help you for once, ok?
Just a thought not sure of there is any romantic involvement/hope with the friend that you mention going into the DMP? If so (you dont need to answer BTW!!) it may be that you are also hacked of at yourself for falling for someone who is also crap with money & this has made you question yourself again & made you feel silly/insecure that you didnt know about her debt? Possibly over analysing but then thats what I'm paid to do & feel free not to answer - its a thought & something for you to mull over rather than respond to!
Anyway my wee yellow friend; huge hug for you & am thinking of you! Let us know if we can assist you out of the DFW doldrumsNerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -

I'm in a weird place at the moment so I decided to have a little break from money, debts, this place and what not, and try and gather my thoughts and stuff! All very depressing so I won't bore you all! Also been quite busy so haven't posted earlier.
Sorry I didn't get permission! Consider me grounded!
Don't really know where I am money wise at the moment and to be totally honest I don't really care too much and it feels good. Spent a bit in the last week or so (I think). I've been keeping a record but not paying any attention to it.
Am bloody starving so gonna get myself some dinner! Sorry to disappoint you all but I won't be doing another disappearing act!

Thanks FF. :kisses3:
I'm alright. The break has done me really good. Not sure what the says about you lot!
But seriously, although it sounds a bit selfish it was nice to get away from the 'rat race'. A change is as good as a rest and all that!
And I won't be answering about the 'any romantic involvement'!0 -
