I didn't get any calls or texts just checked my account (order details) and checked the tracking number of the parcel and it told me it had been delivered to the store so I just went to collect it.

Placed order on Friday. Got phonecall on Saturday to say sent to wrong store and policy states it cannot be forwarded or posted even though I received confirmation which in their terms and conditions is a contract. Disgusted. Had to re-order and half of order out of stock. They then have the nerve to charge £5 postage. Would never use again or recommend. Have now had refund of postage. When mothercare could not honour order I got a £10 gift card apology - come on Tesco's - show some decent customer care.

Hmm, well my order I placed on Friday shows as being loaded onto the drivers van on Monday,(but thats as far as its got) where as one I placed on Sunday is showing as being delivered! hmmm time for a call to Tesco I think!

I called up Tesco just and after going through the billion options of press 1 for this department, then press 2 for this etc finally spoke to somoeone who said both my orders are instore!
