I thought that you might tell lies to deny you did it which is why I took a screen grab of the original post. So now I can prove that you tell lies.
Isn`t it ironic that in previous posts you have suggested that I tell lies in my job (completely unfounded) yet here we are discussing the fact that you tell porkies.
What lies? I self edited a post in advance to save your childish sensitivities.
Look if you want to stalk me send me private abuse which I can ignore.:D
This must be tiresome for the EDF customers who need some help.
Again for the record, I will have said you weren't offering BG's cheapest tariff which is a view held by Consumer Focus amongst others.0 -

It`s not me that`s calling people names. I can think of no reason why I would wish to be in additional contact with you.
I hope that your next jobby is a hedgehog. And with that, I bid you goodnight.:money:0 -

i'd start your own thread asking your question, it will probably get lost in here0 -
I've been attempting to speak to someone for the best part of a week. It's an absolute joke as they give you no clue as to waiting times either. Today alone I've probably spent half an hour waiting.
What's going on as it seems to make no difference what time you call?0 -

Half an hour is not long enough - most of my calls were answered in an hour and a few mins.
I am just sending e-mails now and waiting for the reply (about 3 weeks)0 -
It seems EDF have acknowledged the terrible problems customers have had in contacting them recently. They have put up a new contact advice page on their website which recommends either using the automated service (which doesn't always seem to work) or calling between 2pm-5pm Tuesday to Friday....not much help if you work during the day.
Hopefully, they'll be able to get this in order soon as I've just switched a relative to them.0 -

I have never had a problem getting through to customer services when I needed to discuss my account at the end of may(they wanted to lower my monthly direct debit as I was in credit but I wasn't happy to lower it as far as they wanted - I know what I use), I also rang them on the 14th july to submit a meter reading as I wanted them to have an accurate reading on the day of the price change (I am on OS7) admittedly this time I used the automated service- got straight through- and two days later I received a bill using my meter readings (don't think bill was due for another month but giving them a reading generated it) maybe I am one of the lucky ones as I have had no problems with them. Thanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.
