Anybody got any ideas on how to? Pleeease?!
I did finally get through to a human being after hours on the 'phone; I gave my correct contact address and meter readings. Great, thinks I...ha.
Yep, you guessed it; everything's still wrong on myaccount. I e-mailed their 'customer service director' tonight, thinking that might be a way forward. Instantly got an automated e-mail saying it would be forwarded on to the 'customer liaison' team!
If I don't get a satisfactory reponse in 7 working days (as I've e-mailed them) I'm submitting a formal review request. Then onwards to the Ombudsman.
I don't want to cancel as the 2014 is a good deal; on the other hand, I don't want to have to deal with this stress for the next 3 years every time they botch things up! I've wasted so much time on this already....

I was going to switch over to them but after reading some of the threads about their customer service I thought I would give them a call first - no chance - couldn't get through. That made my mind up for me.0

they've got a dedicated CS feed on twitter & advise you can email them on twitter@edfenergy.com, which is what i'm about to do as i have no idea what's going on with my recently switched a/c - nightmare.0

So instead of meter readings you have to send tweeter readings...
I'll get my coat.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
I've moved to their EDF 2014 and, from what I've read here, am hoping the only comms I'll have to do with them is submitting meter readings online
(I was with Atlantic for 4 years and don't recall ever having to talk to CS, until I left and they insisted I did, lol).0 -

:rotfl:OMG. They call this ' Social Media', whatever that means.
They invest in a new IT system and you have to put your readings into Twitter. I joked on another thread about a flat pack computer, but this is way funnier.
The Ofgem people must be living in a padded cell in a straightjacket not to be aware at how this has descended into farce.
' Oooh nice reading there, Abbie, can't wait for the leccy one. Need to cut back a touch @ backfoot'.:D0 -
It really is a farce, isn't it? Tweeting your meter readings, LOL.0

You didn't think submitting meter readings online would be simple for EDF, did you?0 -
