  • Well,

again I have been very bad at writing and very good at procrastinating (no change there), but am not going to make myself feel bad as it won't help.

    Things I have done!

    - Aired bed
    - tidied living room
    - finished ironing and put away
    - shined sink
    - Meal planned for next week, and done shopping
    - Eaten LOTS of fruit (and a creme egg!!!   )
    - Thrown out one pair of old shoes (sooo difficult)
    - Updated sig with payments off my OD

There. I've done lots (for me) :j

    Good evening all,

I meant to start on the 2nd but bad car trouble meant our 2.5 hour journey took 21 hours  and its taken me this long to find time to post. Been back to work. Found this had to adjust to mentally but was prepared for the return, HM lunches everyday, clothes out night before etc. I have only managed my daily routein so far. I have noted Moggins tasks down and see if any of the can be down when I have a free moment.

Moggins if it is ok with you I would like to put your tasks in my control journal for inspiration and to help build some long time structure.

Total non-flying day for me today as I spent the day taking DS1 back to University:cry: but got back half an hour ago to find OH has cleaned out DS1's room, stripped the bed and washed the bedding, vacuumed whole house, emptied DW, took DS2 to and from work, helped DS3 with some homework and is now cooking dinner!:j How lucky am I?

    Saturday 6th January.

    Today

    [STRIKE]WM x2
    TDx2
    DWx2
BMx2[/STRIKE] (DH is on bread patrol at the moment.. he seems to like playing!)
    [STRIKE]Fold dry clothingand put away
put up cotbed in other room so smallfry can be banished.
fill 2 binbags of rubbish from my bedroom[/STRIKE] I got 6 BINBAGS of rubbish out of my room.. how piggish is that??? It is all vacuumed and lovely now though so I am most proud of my days work!
    [STRIKE]Muck out bunnies[/STRIKE]
    clean the loo.. NASTY!!
[STRIKE]Smallfry fed.. and bed!! She is having a MAJOR scream.[/STRIKE]

    This weekend

Clean and tidy the back room
Find the rocking chair in the backroom.. it has been buried under Lord knows what for the last 6 months at least!
[STRIKE]Banish smalfry to the girly room.
Put the cot on freecycle and the crib in the loft[/STRIKE] ... *cry* I really want a baby to put in it and I don't want to put it away.

    This month..

[STRIKE]Reshuffle my bedroom once smallfry has been banished.[/STRIKE]
Nag the children to get their rooms tidied at least a little.. they are like war zones.
Make the 2 oldest sort out their clothing, what fits and what doesn't!think!! about losing some christmas lard.
    2 bills still to pay
new toilet installed in the bathroom... if it doesn't get done, I at least need to save for it.. so be prepared to see this for the next 3 months!

I feel like I have achieved LOADS today so am rather pleased with my lazy self! I even got some of my monthly jobs done which is nothing short of a miracle.. especially as it is only the 6th lol.

Bit shocked we managed a whole 6 binbags fot to burst with rubbish just from our room.. not to mention 1 to recycle, 1 to charity shop and 1 to ebay!!! I even hung the new curtains in my room.. which I bought before we moved in 18 months ago *shame* I didn't think they would fit but they do! I hung the fringe curtain at the window too and it matches the curtains perfectly so I am really chuffed. On the whole it looks quite fab in there compared to what it did. I MUST get rid of a few bed sheets though as I have hundreds.

the old cot is chopped and ready to burn on the fire.. she can't go back in it if it isn't there now can she?

Here's to bubs first night in her big cot in the girly room.. wish us luck.. she is bit of a handful on a good day!

Oh.. bedroom flooring.. carpet or laminate??? Which is best???
