You just wait and see! I probably won't be able to post until 9.45 as I have to get DH off to work at 9.10 and then wash my hair (if I wash it after I post it will be midnight before I get to bed as it takes so long to dry) I'm not changing the system at all, just the way I post it to make life a bit easier for those who are getting tangled in the thread.

nope, it was ok. :D there was post in there dated from june last year - oops! tomorrow's task is the 'out' or bottom tray, though that's not at all as bad. of course i will now have to deal with the few things that needed keeping and dealing with, and my personal fililng tray is full so i will put them in the accordian file later while watching tv/dvd.

    oh, and
now of course i will have to empty the shredder and put even more recyycling out!!! but that will have to wait til tomorrow as i've got my dressing gown on and my bin is outside on the main road!!!

Well not a huge amount done today as was at work. Did a quick flick round before work and got 2 loads of washing done. Was going to irong the load that is dried but DD1 threw up as I was reading bedtime stories so that delayed bedtime somewhat. Plus am bit tired after only having 4 hours sleep last night with her - Not sure whats wrong but something is brewing me thinks??? DO you get these types of symptoms with chickenpox?? I have never had it and although no lumps or bumps evident yet I know it is doing the rounds at nursery.

On a flylady benefit, the chap that verbally put offer through to DH yesterday for out house phoned at work and made formal offer!! Yeah! not getting to excited yet until survey done but looks like we have our buyer. Thanks to flylady routine the house was spotless and on Friday I even managed an hour in the garden so that was tidier (cleaned down all garden furniture, swept up half a wheelie bin leaves).

Not sure what tonight or tomorrow holds with little one but will crack on with as much of list as I can.

Hello everyone, well I'm back after a few days absence with a cautionary tale :o

Wednesdays are very busy for me, I'm in and out all day.Last week I had an exam so DH took the day off work so he could get kids to school. He'd hoovered the living room with our new vac but everything else was left. The dishes weren't done and everything piled up.

The following day he was away o/night which automatically puts my kids into 'let's play mummy up as much as possible' mode  so the work continued to pile up and so on till Friday evening when he came home.

This w/end instead of being able to relax, we've had to spend some time putting the house back to reasonable order, and the rooms are now ok except the kids bedrooms  especially DS room:mad:

I've now learnt my lesson, if I haven't got time to wash the kitchen floor or sort out a cupboard I'm leaving it, it'll come round again cos the daily routines are far more important to me in order to keep everything under control.
  • so am i right in thinking we post chat here and just read the task list? i am dense lots of the time - aren't you glad i'm not your children's teacher!! :rotfl: see you all tomorrow off to bed now - fingers crossed for sleepers here tonight wanted to say and til 6am but don't wanna push my luck for both!

No! No! No! Chat away as much as you want on the other thread, in fact if you don't I will lose it as it will get pushed back with other threads and I will have to spend 30 mins just searching for the darned thing!
