This is my usual day for the kitchen so fits quite well.:D I usually do my dailies then deep clean one room a day over 2 weeks. I'm also checking out Moggins :A fly-lady tasks each day and when they coincide with what I'm doing I add them in. I have to stick to a routine or I get lazy.:o

I job-share, so one week at work then a week off. I try to do alot on my work week as the little ones go to school and my mums while I work but because I start at lunchtime (till 7-8pm) I have a couple of free hours every morning when they're not around. I have nightmares about small children and cleaning stuff  so I run around like some lunatic when they're not here.

I'm the same with the iron. Paranoid one of them's going to get singed!!! When my DD went to playschool she didn't know what to do with the toy iron because she's never seen me use ours!!
I like cooking with wine......sometimes I even put it in the food!

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
  • Don't know if this might help anyone else, but last night when moggins posted the task list I copied it to email and sent it to myself so all I had to do this morning was read the email instead of getting side-tracked on here for an hour or two lol ;)

Looks like an easy(ish) day tomorrow as I did the kitchen floor today and OH has cleared up and loaded the DW after dinner tonight so shouldbn't take long to give everything a good clean down. Just as well as I've now got to go to Norwich tomorrow which I hadn't bargained on, so will see how things go.
