    FLIS21 I work full time and have 2 kids. I am the same as yourslef and find I have to catch up at the weekends. I am happy enough if I manage to keep the place tidy and S&S during the week, along with washing and making bread. What I have taken from this is that I now NEED to make sure that my sink is shined and lounge tidy before going to bed. Love it xx

    Wow, you have 2 children as well. I will stop moaning!! I know what you mean though, I try and prioritise keeping living room tidy and getting washing up done before bed. Am also trying to build morning and evening routines to have a quick go at my 'hotspots' and do things to help like making my lunch the night before to take to work. I just find it frustrating sometimes with the challenges and lists as I don't always have time to do them in the week. It is nice to know that others are in the same boat.

    Morning all :)

    Had a rough start to the morning - poor puppy had tummy problems during the night - ewwwww!! Luckily OH was up first and sorted the worst of it!

    So my day has started like this:
    Love and cuddles to poor puppy;
    Take his crate outside and clean and disinfect;
    Scrub parts of carpet;
    Bath puppy;
    Bath kitten who decided he wanted one too :) ;
    One load of washing through;
    Shower.

    Rest of day will continue:
    Two more loads of laundry;
    Make bed;
    Swish bathrooms;
    Vacuum;
    Wash floors;
    Trip to dump to get rid of nasty puppy excess;
    Trip to shop to buy a couple of cheap washable blankies for puppy;
    Prepare dinner this a.m.;
    Work;
    Exercise;
    Bed.

    Happy with today - managed to wipe down all the cupboard fronts and sort that last drawer in my kitchen, so the next hot spot is the childminding corner - but that might be a few days away.
    Ive got the DW and the WM on now, the sink is shiny and the packed lunches made. Will just need to empty the DW and hang up the clothes from the WM before bed, that will save me doing it in the morning.

    Hi everyone, sorry bad day, hectic, just managed to sit down! Appointments, then had to go somewhere to pick some wheels up, then when I came back collected son from school who'd broken his glasses, so went to get them replaced and his eye test was due, so waited an hour (popped to library) and got that done, was nearly 7pm when I got back thanks to the traffic and then had to make kids teas and get them to bed etc, then make ours, just finished. Managed to do daily list inc floors etc, and the bathroom (thankfully I woke at 5am and couldn't get back to sleep so started early), but that's been my lot.

    Only good things was coming back to a fairly tidy house :rotfl: thanks to joining in with this, noone had been home to mess it up!

    Thankfully have before lunch tomorrow to do Wednesdays as kitchen needs doing (it's clean just unorganised, fridge definately needs sorting before veg delivery on Thursday) will do myself a list (inc what Moggins has added for Wednesdays) and post in the morning :( off to bed soon I am shattered (not before I clear anything from living room and given the floor a last mop of course)
    One day I might be more organised...........:confused:
