i was never intending not to pay it off, and nor so am i doing this now - i was just enquiring about the intial situation of when i applied for the loan. Which i didnt really realise was so bad at the time. I understand i have to pay this off. I was merely looking for a loophole which obvioulsy doesnt exist.
So if you know you have to repay this loan and you've always intended to do so, then for what purpose do you seek a loophole?0
