I can't see anyone wanting to take you seriously really - can you?
  • It's called fraud. I can understand why you did it as I am not perfect but to turn around and start saying are they are irresponsible lenders , well you are an irresponsible borrower you lied on your application and that is fraud.

OP - I now see that you are trying to clamber back up to the moral high ground by complaining about the lack of help provided here for you.

Well... possibly, just possibly, people object to someone coming on here, admitting to using a fraudulent act to take out a loan and then asking for help to weasle out of it?

Do you think that might be why people have been less than..... understanding of your circumstances?

I dont understand why most people are being so rude and sarcastic!

roh105 whether i have spent all the money or not - doesnt change the situation - infact the money was used to consolidate as i mentioned earlier! It's hardly just entered my mind!, this happend years ago - . And no im not going to go to Harry O'Violence and Lovelyleeds - good luck with suing the supermarkets...good comparison! Both definately the same kind of thing.

This is my problem which i am in the process or sorting out and was enquiring about a silly thing i did years back and to be honest, i didnt expect all the "awws" and "diddums" and made up charactors and stories...Is this not supposed to be a forum to help people.

so u want people on here to assist you in ways to get out of your FRAUD do you???aint rude just plain facts.

You need to search on here for the Irresponsible Lending letter template then fill in all the details and send it to the bank. Possibly push for compensation for the stress and time taken in claiming back this loan.

If only you had tried this a few 100 years back you would have got your ticket to Australia paid for you.

I had quite a low opinion of the OP after reading his opening lines.
Which was lowered further (if that's even possible) after reading his other posts.

I think the problem is many people are quite miffed (politest way I can put it) at your antics and that you are now trying to escape the consequences of your actions.

Actions such as yours make it very expensive for hard working people to legitimately borrow from financial institutions because they charge hefty interest rates to guard against loss from people like you and are thus unsympathetic when people become ill and cant work or lose their job through no fault of their own.

Being young and naive is no defence, I took out my first credit card when I was 19 but in employment but I knew that it wasn't free money and had to be paid back.

Just work hard and pay it off.
