Really? Perhaps they are away/busy/otherwise engaged!
OP, you cannot impose your own terms re payment/return etc if selling though eBay. I'd have been narked to receive more than 1 invoice in less than 2 days from auction end. You are required to send the item within 7 days of the buyer buying, and they have 7 days in which to pay. You should bare that in mind when selling things close to holidays/weddings and so on.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.

Sammy stated payment needed within a few days,u can state when auctioning stuff payment within 24hrs or payment immediately and so on unless you state 7 days which sammy didnt.when i auction stuff i state 2-3 days, after that they get another invoice and again another invoice if nothing after 2 days of sending the 2nd.its very frustrating especially if your not close to a PO or dont go out alot to have to post a parcel a week after bidding has finished and payment made0

Wow you sound like a complete pain in the !!! eBay seller! If the item is broken, the buyer is entitled to a full refund - end of.
It's your job to get them to the buyer in perfect condition so if they have been damaged in transit that's your issue and you need to refund the buyer than pursue a claim against the courier or postal service yourself.0 -
No need to get personal, she came asking for opinions, not to be flamed!
I agree the buyer is entitled to a full refund if the item is damaged and not as described, but at the same time she needs to confirm that they are genuinely broken and not just a buyer changing their mind now they've seen them in the flesh. If you like my post, please click the THANKS

You could always offer the buyer a full refund less thr postage it costs to send the item back to you....you may find that they suddenly find an excuse not to return the item and its not really that bad...

You can state what you like, but it doesn't mean buyers have to abide by your rules, just eBay's rules.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Get them sent back so you can see for yourself. I wouldnt refund without doing this.
Also a word about paypal, unless the buyer gives feedback on ebay you wont be able to upload the money to your own account.
That's only in certain cases ~ people new to selling I think.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
