    Hi!

Thank you to FCC for the thread. Also hugs and spoons for everyone - I've not caught up properly with everyone's news.

I'm back from the Germany and pleased to say that it went well. A great time was had by all. I spent most of today in a daze though, and tea was a Chinese take-away.

DS2 still has a week left at school, so I'm going to go in most days and do filing/sorting etc. I'm hoping to make a start on the house, too, but I'll get on to it properly next week.

I'm looking forward to being around for (most of) the next 6 weeks., but it's good night for now. x

  • Oh well, sleepless night and busy morning turned into a fall asleep on the sofa and wake up at 8pm afternoon. Never done that before.

Got bedlinen to sort out from the WM and possibly another load to put on. I do love the soundproofing in this house, there is no chance that I can disturb the NN with it.

Cat is finally fixed - removed the last of the matted fur from his head and he purred all the way through. He was most annoyed that I wouldn't let him out to go and get another abscess from the local tom tonight, though.

I will try and keep up with things, have already done half the kitchen today, which helps, but I have a little show tomorrow night, so really need to practice during the day, find my inner jazz coolness, as it were.

Oh, and get my eyebrows threaded :D
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.
