My BIL and family are visiting from abroad in 8 weeks and I need to get this CHAOS sorted before then, so I'm in this week and the next 8 weeks.

Will post my to do list later.

    ETA:

In addition to the daily tasks, I have these things to do this week:

    1. Go to post office to send stuff sold on Amazon and get price for parcel to MIL
    2. Change dr appointment.
    3. Take photos of clothes for Ebay
    4. List 5 Ebay items
    5. Sort through children's clothes
    6. Take sorted clothes to charity shop/clothing bank
    7. Get PVC table cloth for dining room table

That's all I think of for now but I'm sure the list will get longer as the week goes on.

Now off to start on today's task list. Will report back when level one done!
  • Hello all

Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room

    orange are !!!!!!!!

making life more difficult than it needs to be!! the manager agreed my handset was the problem but her manager went to technical department who are making so many excuses to not give me a new model of phone!

they are now saying the problem is the "summer network congestion"?! i so dont believe the networks are busier over summer than they are over the winter!

she is now sending out the same phone ive already had replace (handset number 3) and is calling me in a week to see if the problem still exists!

grrrr so so angry at them now! had almost 4 months of a handset not working right and over 6 weeks where ive had almost no ability to use the telephone conversation function of the phone which kinda defeats the purpose!

so much for eating that frog! its been postponed till next week now grrrrrrrrrrr

summer network congestion? How creative (insert roll eyes smiley)

checked e bay - I have sales including to the idiot who said he was going to give me fewer stars because I missed a letter off his surname - *sigh* double checked his address - interestingly he spelled the name of his road incorrectly. Have resisted the urge to flame him big style and have merely thanked him for repeat custom.

So going to pack the sale which has been paid for.

have already ironed. washing on line, too.

checked freecycle - there's a wanted for tagpolls

fortunately they go on to add they also want frogs and they're for a pond !!!!!!

    Hello all.

Do I have it correct, that posivibes are needed by Triker and junior Triker today?
DS walked the dog (I nearly said 'for me' - but it is the 'family' dog!!)
:rotfl: I know what you mean - there's a world of difference between "I've done the washing up for you" and "I've washed up the dinner dishes", isn't there?:D

Just what I was thinking.... Gilly, y'know, they're treating you like a mushroom..... keeping you in the dark and feeding you bull$h!t! I'd be writing a letter of complaint to their Managing Director by now, I reckon!

I need to make yet another loaf today, and also do a Shepherd Spy, that will feed us for tonight's and tomorrow's dins. And I suppose I'd better think about doing a spot of Flying; I'm afraid I flaked out again after Mr LW left for work.:( *digs down side of sofa in hope of finding a spoon or two*;)
