Managed to leave the shed door open with the keys in, and the back door unlocked last night. Oops...
Need to get up and get on with some work. Also have to pay the car insurance and order the bathroom cabinet and mirror. Also want to wash the cleaning cloths, and my mattress topper. Hopefully OH is coming for a brief visit this morning (longer if he can offload the child who has a half day at school today) and a friend may be coming over later so I can get some help turning the mattress. I think I'll have to store some of the towels and bedding under my bed for a bit... So need to hoover and wash the floor in the bedroom too.
Ok... Breakfast first, then I can get dressed and start work...0 -
Thanks Greenbee - scary stalker
He is working from home today so I shall mention iron. I think it is iron that blacksmiths use. He has made me an Allium from old rusy nails which needs fixing on a longer stick so that will do.
Ironing *la,la, la,la I cant see you*
Need to get the washing pegged out before I go, or shall I test the new regime and ask DH to do it.......
So what are you getting him? Something housework-related would seem like a good idea, given the new regime...0 -
been for a walk (1hr) decluttered breakfast, filled a charity bag which has already been collected and am cracking on with the ironing....... and enjoying the quiet - kids not up yet!
This afternoon is book group (my choice - Penelope Liveley Family Album - a really good read) and this evening is Slimming world - I am hoping for a loss this week.
Emotionally i'm still a wreck - but I'm trying to keep busy.:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

managed to get so much done at the weekend that it's making it loads easier ATM. As previously mentioned, the contents of the office are back in the bedroom but actually have some order and we can still find all we need thanks to my fantastic organisation skills. (haha)
I have done 2x WM and have two more to do but they are extras cos one is towels and the other the pram. Otherwise all clothes are sorted and I only actually have one basket of ironing. Bit shocked at that but not upset in the slightest. LolProud to be Member of BSC #92Hoping to get debt free again :wall::heart2: working hard to make my daughters proud :heart2:0
