Car insurance done, mirror ordered. Just the cabinet to do. Need to hang out the cleaning cloths and then finish off this presentation while eating lunch.

Just what I was thinking.... Gilly, y'know, they're treating you like a mushroom..... keeping you in the dark and feeding you bull$h!t! I'd be writing a letter of complaint to their Managing Director by now, I reckon!

ive already written them a complaint which is being dealt with now but ill wait till i get the new handset which will have the same problem (i would bet my kids on it) then ill write another letter of complaint and see if i can finally get something done!

think my flying today will be nonexistent! DS2 has today decided that all day long he will maily be throwing a series of terrible 2-type strops and the weather is so heavy and dull meaning we are stuck inside as it will rain any minute. we need a bloomin good thunder storm to clear it all!

i did one frog but ran into another problem with another one!
basically when ASOS sent me back a dress claiming i wasnt getting a refund on it then finally agreed to refund me when i pointed out their basis of me having worn the dress was total rubbish as the massive red tag was still attached to the outside of the dress and mark they said i made wearing the dress was the exact width of the glue strip on the bag! they asked me to send it back but hadnt given me a postage label but told me to handwrite it or print out one from a link they gave me and nothaving having a printer i handwrote it. the post office refused to send it free post and wanted me to pay. i emailed ASOS back and asked them to post me a proper label but they say they cant and the post office will post it free of charge or i need to download a proper one from the library or the likes!

sorry i am not going further out my way to sort out their mess and i told them so! either they send me the proper label or i dont post it back end of!

why am i having such a crap week?!

4 loads washing done and on the line
    food scoffed.
3 bags of clothes half sorted through that my sis brought for Squeak.. some with tags still on!

Bedroom papered :D.. need to dig rollers and tray out of the shed.. and get the paint out of the car. Silly bugler chipped the paint on the fire surround pulling the bed out so I need to deal with that too.. I'm doing that in a sec as I have a door needing another coat or 2

OH loaded DW twice and there is still more stuff to go in!

Ikea delivery delivereed I now have 9 boxes heaped in the hallway and front room needing to be scootled upstairs

DD2's birthday today... she surfaced about 2pm and I haven't even seen her yet to say happy birthday! Her pressies need wrapping when Squeak wakes up too.
