big problem with Travelex Cash Passport Globe -DOMAIN EXPIRED

Glad I found this thread seeming that I too am experiencing problems accessing the site and can't check my card information. I too am being redirected to said 'Blinkx' site above but have run a combination of Windows Security Essentials, Malwarebytes (full scan), Spybot S+D and Super Anti-Spyware, the latter being the only to come up with any results and they were just cookies. The problem persists and happens on my phone too even though it's never been in connection with my netbook? The only thing not run so far is combofix as it's fairly extreme. Currently in Dallas TX, moving onto Memphis today so it's hard to sort problems like this on the move
EDIT: Site seems to be working now but in a limited scope. Might give it a bit of time before entering card details.
Perhaps they were hacked.
Both are back up and working here.0 -
I can't access it using O2 Broadband. I can access it using my mobile broadband dongle. That suggests it might be working for people on some ISPs, and not for people on others.
Or something along those lines ....0 -
Yes, thanks benjus. I have been able to log in via that site.
BUT the official login should be https://www.cashpassportglobe.com for my particular card which is still down.0 -
I keep getting a re-direct to blinkx.com ,I ran many spyware programs on my computer so I know It is a problem on their end.
I have a child in Europe right now and no way to get Money to him on his card.
First post says Domain expired.
How lame is this?
Thats one of the reasons I got one too, so I could forward funds if neccessary.
You can access it as benjus says via
You cant top up online anyway
You need to phone + top up over phone via debit card.0 -
Bought two Travelex cashpassport cards last week for NZ and OZ, and loaded £700 on.
Website registered the cards then disappeared, not able to get cash or balance out of three different ATMs in New Zealand, Travelex at Wellington airport no real help
Got through finally to helpline - apparently they've changed their website recently and it's supposed to be up and running, except it isn't - page goes to a "do you own this domain?" holding page. Helpline claimed it would be working but it still isn't.
No answer from them over not being able to access account details on ATMs.
Card denied in department store.
So we can't get the money, can't find out how much is still on the card, and can't use the card in stores.
And it's been like that for three days.
Absolutely bloody useless.
And I've JUST discovered that we have to pay to close the card down.

When was this? My research previously showed that it's backed by R. Raphael & Sons plc, which is a private bank. Either way it's good news.
Oh by the way, all the websites posted work fine for me here.

Was working on 02 broadband at the time of your post. Perhaps a DNS problem. Try changing the DNS server via your PC.0 -

It's working here and has been for days. If you are using your own machine, try changing the DNS servers, to OPEN DNS.0 -

No, it wasn't. Had tested it before you posted.
Try changing your DNS servers to:
Primary DNS Server : 208:67:222:222
Secondary DNS Server: 208.67.220.2200
