Ive used this card quite successfully abroad up until today.

Ive went to check my balance at https://www.cashpassportglobe.com and THE DOMAIN HAS EXPIRED overnight!!!

Im hoping this is just a hitch, but Im a bit concerned after the Crown Currency debacle

Edit - telephoned +they say website should be back online by tommorrow

still,

Im going to empty what I can meanwhile. It will cost me 99p but Id rather lose that than my balance.

As a responsible Credit Institution, Raphaels Bank ensures that Your Available Balance is held in a ring fenced trust account in Raphaels’ name at a major international bank (with a high long-term credit rating) under a Trust Deed, the terms of which are intended to provide protection against a successful claim being made on the funds by any creditor (including any Liquidator or Administrator) of Raphaels other than You as the Cardholder.

I thought the site for checking balance etc. was this one:

    https://www.cashpassportcardlogin.com/
Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

  • Seeing as Travelex Cashpassport is now owned by Mastercard, perhaps they should be addressing the website issue

Either way, no need for panic.
  • I keep getting a re-direct to blinkx.com ,I ran many spyware programs on my computer so I know It is a problem on their end.

I have a child in Europe right now and no way to get Money to him on his card.

    First post says Domain expired.

    How lame is this?

Your PC may have problems. Try again now. If the same , go over the the Tech thread and post the results of this exercise there:

Download, install, update and run a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. When complete, choose 'Remove Selected' if there is anything to remove and Reboot your computer.

After restart, open the program again and go to 'Logs'. Double click on the log produced for today and post the contents on a dedicated thread in the Tech forum.

Next, download and save both the Installer and the executable of HijackThis and use the Quick Start guide to enable you to produce a log for posting here too. If using Vista or Windows 7, you'll need to install(the installer) and run the(.exe as Administrator by right clicking on the downloaded .exe file and choosing 'Run as Administrator once downloaded and saved.).

It's not working on my work PC (which I'm pretty sure is virus-free - they run a tight ship here). I suspect that whatever they changed hasn't trickled through the whole DNS system yet.

Glad I found this thread seeming that I too am experiencing problems accessing the site and can't check my card information. I too am being redirected to said 'Blinkx' site above but have run a combination of Windows Security Essentials, Malwarebytes (full scan), Spybot S+D and Super Anti-Spyware, the latter being the only to come up with any results and they were just cookies. The problem persists and happens on my phone too even though it's never been in connection with my netbook? The only thing not run so far is combofix as it's fairly extreme. Currently in Dallas TX, moving onto Memphis today so it's hard to sort problems like this on the move

EDIT: Site seems to be working now but in a limited scope. Might give it a bit of time before entering card details.
