avg tracking speed is two hours so perhaps raise a claim if it has not tracked after a couple of days? Mine tracked overnight.

Many thanks for posting this OP. I wish I had paid more attention to the DTD threads on here but I am very grateful for the £19 JTF voucher I have to print from this £40 order. Time to stock up on nappies and summer treats for the kids!

Well, I rang them and they said they don't know why it was not substituted and all they can do is ring the dot.com store manager in store and make sure they are aware of this and hopefully prevent it from happening again! So no joy there. Thanks anyway. x

Just had my order delivered and checked Asda site and they have changed price of WKD 12 pack so no money back from that! Terrys chocolate orange has also gone up! Oh well worth a shot and will get back a voucher but not for £20!

Just got my delivery! Still no cashback from TCB.

I bought the Rice Krispies 510g which was £2.68 but got it for £2.00 which is the same price in Asda! (This might be the first and only time I'm annoyed at getting an item for cheap! Grr.)

Plus my promotion savings of 0.60p and the Terry's chocolate orange price change, so my voucher is down to 18.75 if my calculations are correct!

But it's still a massive saving and I got 108 clubcard points. :money:

Fingers crossed our cashback tracks folks!

As for TCB tracking, my order placed on 23rd has tracked at £11.11 but the 24th order is only tracking at £5.05. I'm guessing I'll have to raise a ticket with them.

What happened when you called to complain about the lack of substitution for the baby shampoo? Did they make up for it in some way?

Stella has changed to £16 in Tesco but beware ASDA have also changed their price as it is no longer on a rollback offer. that offer finished yesterday, I have previously posted advising of the rollback price coming to an end. Asda price is now £15.49. so only a 51p difference
