Ok, I've finally done my order too. Thank you soooo much to all of you for helping me out.

    I've ordered

    Ariel Excel Gel 28 washes - 6 bottles!!!!!!!! £8.17 at T, £5 at A

Twinings Green Tea - 3 for 2 came to £2.50 (just added this to get to £50)

    So here are my calculations

    £51.52 total spend
    +£3.50 delivery
    -£10 first order
    -£11.11 TCB offer
-£19.02 price check coupon (keeping my fingers crossed for this to work)

    £14.89 in total (not bad!!!!!!!!)

BTW does anyone know how quickly Tesco send out the coupons for the price checked items? Getting my order tomorrow night and wanted to do the price check straight away. how soon should I expect the coupon?

    A quick question about substitutions:

I asked for 40 value baby items but only got 4. From what I can see, substitutions are selected by default and my order receipt says "No suitable substitution available". Should I phone CS and complain as per the delivery drivers suggestion? To be honest I was having a punt on getting a better product but somehow I can't see that they didn't have some J&J items on the shelf.

Please note that the cashback from TCB is for "Groceries New Sign-up & Purchase", and the £10 code "valid on your first single grocery order".

Delivered at 9.05pm and the driver took the voucher no problem. Said the £5 would be refunded when he got back to the store so will have to check my account to make sure.

Thanks to the OP and all others who have contributed to this thread xx

Just to confirm, I had an email from Tesco at 1.00am today:

"I am pleased to confirm that we have made a refund to the card you used for payment."
