I was so looking forward to getting my shopping delivered today 4-5pm.
5pm came and went so I called customer service. Apparantely my order had been cancelled because of the ineptness of the dot.com manager in our local store. So, getting it delivered tomorrow. The lady at CS was so helpful - gave me a refund on the delivery charge and a £10 evoucher. Pretty good but a little hesitant doing online again.
OMG just realised - all the stuff I got on offer could go up after midnight. Hope not.
Thanks Op for this.

Don't let it put you off! They can mess my order up (like I'm about to tell you about) every time if they give me free stuff!
My delivery came 30 mins early - good job I was cutting the hedge! I took all the stuff in (all the stuff meaning about 12 items lol!) and then signed the man's thing. They had subbed my hash brows for wedges - never mind.
Anyway, I rang CS because there was no £10 off showing (my shopping was cheaper and came in at £48.50!) and I had no petrol voucher for my coffee. Whilst on the phone she refunded my delivery charge (to keep me a happy customer) is sending me an eVoucher for £10 + £10 off a shop, two petrol vouchers and a sorry!:p
Well I'll be using them again, on another e-mail
OH, and I've submitted to price check - we shall await the results. :rotfl::AI am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

:rotfl: That was a little forward of you!
I got my shopping tonight. All looks correct with the £10 and some vouchers taken off. Have now put it into the price checker so hopefully I will get £20 voucher tomorrow. :T
I have soooooo many jars of pasta bake and curry sauces as hadn;t got round to using many from the last DTD shop. I reckon I have around 35 jars now and enough 9p pasta to last a long time! :rotfl:Mortgage: [STRIKE]Jan 11 - £91830 [/STRIKE][STRIKE] Jan 12 - £89'199[/STRIKE] May 14 - £69'999 Car Loan: [STRIKE]Jan 11 - £3658 [/STRIKE] July 12 - £0! I completed an order about 10 minutes before the tcb expiry. Delivery is for Wednesday afternoon. It still hasn't tracked yet.
Wondering whether to cancel if I'm not going to get the cashback as there is another option available. TCB advise waiting a week before putting in a claim which will be too late. Anyone else still waiting for their order to track? (I cleared cookies beforehand as usual)
**For anyone who missed out on the tcb deal, there is an offer on the tesco homepage for £15 off a first grocery shop using the code mentioned there0 -

Same here. I got an email saying I'd gotten my first cashback but no mention in the email as to how much and My Account on TCB shows nothing. I got a refund on the delivery charge plus a 'sorry' refund for my order getting messed up so it balances out. Would like the cashback as well though plus I did a referral from my first TCB to the new TCB account so if the cashback doesn't track I could lose £2.50 as well. It was all a bonus and I've actually done better than I would have done but every little helps.0 -
I've not had an email from tcb about my first cashback as I am already a member - but my account shows no tracking of the tesco order and others on here seem to have had theirs track quite quickly.0

I've made 2 orders with 2 tcb and 2 mr t accounts.I've not had an email from tcb about my first cashback as I am already a member - but my account shows no tracking of the tesco order and others on here seem to have had theirs track quite quickly.
First order made sunday night 11pm (using £11 TCB + £10 t code) tracked 11 a.m just before delivery turned up (9-11 slot but 45 mins late)
Second order today (due tomorrow using £5.05 TCB + £20 crowdity) tracked after a couple of hours.
I was getting disheartened that the first order wouldn't track but it did so there is hope yet
