I placed the order on sunday, delivered last night, but it's still not tracked on TCB. should I be worried? and what should I do?

Another one here, my TCB hasn't tracked yet!

My delivery is due later today and I checked mysupermarket to see if the prices were the same and looks like Asda has changed some prices, My shopping came to 51.68 at T and 31.25 at A before and now it's 32.25 at Asda!

Maybe it's the Terry's chocolate orange? Wasn't it £1 each before? it's £2 now. Doh that's what I get for only spotting this thread Sunday night. Oh well 19.48 it is then! I just hope my TCB tracks.

Just now I go to the price check page to enter details, click 'online' enter details and its saying 'sorry, we couldn't find your details, please verify details again'. I'm going round in circles. Nothing wrong with the email address or details as they soon sent me order confirmation. They have substitued the coffee and have not substitued the tesco value baby bath says 'no appropriate substitution available'. My @rse! Please help - should I ring them up?

The stella offer did finish on 25/07/11 as I originally posted, an ASDA rollback is just another name for a promotion/offer that ASDA promote and I am not naive enough to believe that ASDA would not put an end date date on such a promotion and to the best of my knowledge they do.

Any ideas what to do if the order is not tracking on TCB website two days after placing it?

Substitutions - phone up and complain. I had to do it for the exact same reason. No appropriate substitution for baby shampoo! They yet again tried to diddle me by not adhering to their own policy. Never again ...... well until the next glitch

As for TCB tracking, my order placed on 23rd has tracked at £11.11 but the 24th order is only tracking at £5.05. I'm guessing I'll have to raise a ticket with them.

Be aware and check the Stella Artois because there is a price change on that, it says unit price 16.00 (not 12.00 as on first page, so difference is now only 4.00 BUT still a good difference). Oh and Kelloggs Crunchy Nut Cornflakes 750g unit price 2.49 (not 2.79). I wonder if they changes these things on a daily basis?
