    Hi Penny

    Your meter readings look great.

Hope you're feeling better soon xx
  • Morning, well i feel loads better this morning, slept until 9am, bless the kids they had got up and got there breakfast and sat watching cartoons:o.

So todays plans have been messed up again due to the weather, beautiful day yesterday and kids asked if we could go out today, i said we would go for a walk and take a picnic to a local woodland place that has an adventure playgroud, but its torrential rain here today, fed up of trying to plan stuff and the weather being pants:mad:.

Will try and get baking done, also need to nip to the post office and post ebay parcels.

Can't wait for Friday as hubby is having a week of and he badly needs it, due to staffing problems and staff holidays at the farm he has ending up working for 3 weeks solid without a day off, which is hard going when your up at 5am and don't finish until gone 6pm, he is ready to drop:(.

    Have a nice day.

Typical when you have made plans for it to rain!!
Bet your hubby cant wait for some time off!! My dad is a farmer so i know this time of year is very busy!! My dad does the combine and managed to get his arm stuck in it and so its broken his arm and caused them lots of trouble with him not being able to do the combining!
Hope your kids are not as mad as mine seem to be stuck inside today!! Think im going to have to get them to make some cakes or something soon :)

  • Hi M2MG, gosh so sorry about your dad, hope his arm mends quickly.

Kids are not too bad today, infact they are being really good, they stayed up until 10pm last night as we watched a film, so they are not too hyper today and have been quite happy playing monopoly and watching cartoons.

Been to the post office and posted ebay stuff, managed to make a plum crumble and order a food shop to be delivered tomorrow.

Have also lit the woodburner, its so cold today, have stood the airer next to it as well so at least i'm geting some clothes dry.
  • Forgot to mention earlier spent 50p in post office on a large padded envelope, must remember to buy packs of them in poundland.

    Recieved £4 for a p!necon£ survey.

    Hi Penny

The weather is ridiculous isn't it. So grey. Sorry to hear your husband hasn't had a break in a while. He will need to get some rest and recharge his batteries.

I have my TD on today too. What else can we do. One day the sun shines and then bless the farmers they are out spreading slurry. So I normally spend my day with my nose in the air and darting to the line:rotfl:

Thats the thrill of living in the country.:D

You are doing well with the readings this week. Its good to keep track of everything. It keeps us on track. Keep going you will see that number going down soon.

Have you heard from Woo. I wonder has she changed her name.
