reeree - are you allowed to say what driving school it was? I am going to be starting lessons myself soon and after reading this I dont want to go with that company (oh the power of word of mouth!)

Sounds like the problem wasn't the school but the driver - and by the looks of it they will get appropriately disciplined.

    Yes, you are allowed.

I'm glad you have some closure on this. And they do need to chase this - if someone like that worked for me, I'd be fuming.

you'd be better to go with that company. If you find out who it is and avoid them, and they sack that instructor then you've more chance of getting him (if you live in the same area). but if they sack him and you use them; he'll be working for another driving school.

just had another update from her, the driving school has phoned her and said that they have been on the phone to him, she said he apologised profusely agreed he shouldnt have sent those texts and is returning the £29 that he still owed her, what a turn around from yesterday, interestingly the woman who phoned her said she should report him to the dsa
