Hi,
So yesterday I booked a couple of rooms at novotel and got through to the payment and it said it was unsuccessful, please try again later. So after a couple of hours I booked again and received a reservation number, half an hour after that i received another reservation number, i think from the first booking. so was billed for four rooms. I had only required two. I ring the Accor Customer Services and they say they cannot offer me a refund for the glitched booking as the rooms were non-refundable. I have been conned. What can I do?
thanks in advance

I suggest that you ask for their complaints procedure - also do you have a copy of the screen that showed you it was unsuccessful?
