Hooray, mine has come at last! What do you make of the info on the supplement diet though? Looks dodgy to me, and not really in line with the whole concept of the GI diet. I thought the GI diet gave you a balanced intake of what you need from good wholesome food?

Mine didn't appear to be submitted either. I will contact the site and check whether this offer is still available.

My problem is not hunger, its mainly laziness, reach for a pack of crisps because I can't be bothered to make a sandwich etc. Also cravings, have to have a desert since giving up the weed. Chocs, can't open a box cos if I do I gorge. My dh got me a large (and I mean large) box of malteasers, I just sat and gorged on them until I felt ill. I could really do with losing some weight, I am not massive 5' 8'', Size 14 skirts, 16 trousers but I would be much happier about 40lbs lighter.

Have tried all the diets and do lose weight, the problem I have is discipline when sticking to them. If we go out my attitude is that we don't do it that often so I am going to have what I want but then I have a hard time getting back on the wagon. Happens the same way everytime.
